Ford Shelby GT500 Gets The Vehicle Protection it Deserves

When you own a car as mean as this Shelby GT500, you want to protect it from the inevitable bumps and bruises that come with driving something like this on the street. However, you also do not want to take away from the look at all by utilizing a vehicle protection that might work, but is ill fitting or visually unattractive.

That is when you call the pros at Jay’s Detail. After consultation with the owner, we decided to do a complete body clear bra protection coverage utilizing Suntek paint protection film. We would then complete a wheels-off protective paint and glass coating application of Cquartz products. The paint protection film coupled with the Cquartz coating will prepare this monster for life on the streets. As a final touch, we also installed Suntek Ceramic window film on all windows of the vehicle including the windshield.

Before we can start, we needed to thoroughly prep the vehicle. This entails a decontamination wash. This clean the paint of any contaminants and allows us to inspect the condition of the paint before proceeding.

Now that the paint is corrected, we move on to the complete paint protection film application. We take extra care to fully cover panels and get behind trim to hide the clear bra and make it nearly impossible to detect that the product has even been installed. This is what separates the pros from the others. As you can see from the pictures below, this is a very meticulous process that requires the installer to have skill and expertise that takes years to attain.

Next we move onto the surface coating with Cquartz products. We completely coat all vehicle painted surfaces, glass, wheels and brake calipers. These coatings will protect the underlying surface from damage while preserving the great looks.

We finished it off with a Suntek Ceramic window film installation on all windows including the windscreen. See the pictures below of the finished product and we think you will agree that it is stunning. Great protection can look terrific too!
