Sweet Audi TT-RS Receives Jay’s Ultimate Vehicle Protection Package

If you thought the Audi TT was just a sporty looking car but not really meant for the hardcore sports car buyer, think again. The highest end of the TT model line, the TT-RS, is a serious package. However, before the car was exposed to the elements, this meticulous owner wanted to ensure the car was as protected as possible from the dangers that awaited it on the streets. They chose to have Jay’s apply our Ultimate Vehicle Protection Package which included a full-car SunTek Ultra Paint Protection Film Wrap, SunTek CIR Ceramic Window Tint and a complete protective coating utilizing CQuartz Professional Ceramic Paint Coating.
Before we can even get started, it is important that we decontaminate the paint surface with a foam bath. This is important even on new cars because they have been exposed to the elements at the factory, in transit an on the dealer’s lot. This prep ensures that we have the painted surface pristine and ready for the application of SunTek Ultra paint protection film.
Once we have the surface prepped, we begin installing the Suntek Ultra PPF. We do custom installations at Jay’s that enable us to give your vehicle full coverage and limit the number of pieces utilized. In the picture below you can see that we are covering large portion of the car with just one piece of paint protection film. This not only makes for a better looking install, it gives the product fewer areas to trap dirt or potentially peel in the future.
Again, you can see the entire door is being installed in one piece. Also, notice that the door handle has been removed to allow complete coverage. Once the product is cured, we will reinstall these pieces and you will barely be able to detect that the protective film is even in place.

We move to the front and do the same on the front bumper and hood areas. This installation process takes time, but the final look and protection is worth it. You will be hard pressed to even detect that the protection is installed when it is done this way.
Now that the paint protection film is installed, we move on to the SunTek CIR Ceramic Window Tint.
