Even a Road Going Starfighter Needs Road Hazard Protection

The Nissan GTR is as close as you can get to driving Luke Skywalker’s Starfighter down the street. This thing is a technological marvel in many ways. However, all of this technology cannot stop it from having the exterior finish damaged by rocks, road debris, insects or environmental pollution contaminants. The windows also cannot protect the vital cockpit from damage from the sun. What this street brawler needs is some road hazard protection from Jay’s Detail Studio of San Antonio!

First, we do a complete wrap with SunTek Ultra Paint Protection Film. We take great care to custom fit large pieces so that we can cover most vehicle panels in one piece. This is preferable as it hides unsightly seams and edges leaving a seamless finish. This gallery shows these panels being fitted via our custom installation process.

Next come the installation of 3M Crystalline Window Film. This innovative window film not only gives your windows the tinted look you are desiring, it blocks a tremendous amount of heat and virtually all of the sun’s UV rays keeping the interior more comfortable and protecting it from sun damage.
