Jay’s Detail was happy to be able to get our hands on such and exclusive car. This 2016 Terlingua Mustang is 1 of 50 total being made. This car was brought to us for an Ultimate New Car Prep. This included paint protection film, Suntek CIR IR rejecting window tint, paint polishing and a finish coat with CQuartz Ceramic Coating on the painted surfaces, glass, wheels, wheel barrels and brake calipers.
We started with the application on the Suntek CIR window film. This film not only gives the car a terrific look, but will keep the interior temperatures in check on those hot Texas days. This film is designed using ceramic to reject the sun’s IR rays and produce superior heat rejection.
Next comes the paint protection film. This will keep the painted surfaces from being damages by rocks road debris and the wear and tear that comes from using a vehicle like this on the road. We take special care to install a premium paint protection film with expert installation techniques to give you this protection without compromising the looks of your vehicle.
Now, we take our time to protect all exterior painted surfaces with CQuartz Ceramic Paint Coating. This coating will not only improve the gloss of the surfaces it is applied to, it will protect them from water spots, acid etching, surface scratching, etc. We apply this to the vehicle paint, glass, wheels, wheel barrels and brake calipers as shown in the pictures below. The results are stunning and will keep this car looking great for many years to come.
