Jeep Investment Protected with New Car Protection Package

Many of you might think it’s odd that we used the term “Investment” when referring to what appears to be a fairly standard Jeep Grand Cherokee. However, that is exactly what this and most other vehicles are to their new owners. Behind the purchase of a home, a vehicle typically represents the second largest purchase that someone makes in their lifetime. That is especially true these days. With prices of new vehicles continuing to rise and the length of vehicle loans getting longer, it only makes sense to protect your investment.
That is exactly what the owner of this new Jeep felt like after she purchased it. She arranged for it to immediately be brought to Jay’s Detail to receive our signature New Car Protection Package. The very first thing we did was a full paint correction. Although this Jeep was brand new, it still had paint defects, swirls and scratches from the time spent in transport and on the dealer’s lot. We carefully corrected all of these defects and prepared the paint finish for the steps that would follow.
The next step in the process was a full front end paint protection installation with Suntek Ultra paint protection film. This film will protect the paint from damage caused by road debris and rocks. It is nearly invisible on the vehicle once installed and it comes with a manufacturer’s 10 years warranty to ensure it stays looking great and protecting the car for many years into the future.
We fully cover the panels where the installation is taking place to eliminate seams and lines on the panel. This enables the product to nearly be undetectable on the car providing an invisible protection that the new owner wanted.
The next step was a full window tint with Suntek Ceramic Ir rejecting window film. This film will not only help the vehicle look great, but it will stop heat and UV from entering the car through the windows. This not only makes the car more comfortable, it also protects the interiors and the occupant’s skin from being damaged by the sun’s harmful rays.
Now, we move onto the protecting and preserving the entire vehicle finish. For this Jeep, we applied CQuartz Professional Ceramic Coating. Once this product is bonded to the surface of your paint, it not only protects the gloss and depth created when we corrected the paint, it actually enhances it! Once cured, CQuartz Professional forms a dense, durable coating that protects the paint for years to come!
For the final step of this New Car Protection Package, we moved to the interior to protect these surfaces with CQuartz Water & Stain Resistant Fabric Coating. This coating forms a Super-Hydrophobic barrier that repels water and stains, while resisting abrasion, UV fading, alkaline and acid attack for up to 12 months. CQuartz Fabric does not change the feel of the surfaces to which it is applied, but will provide them with total surface protection.
To show you how well it works, we spilled some water on the seats after the coating was applied. You can see how it bounces right off and does not soak into the fabric.
Now, you can admire the final results. This vehicle not only looks better than when it was delivered, it is protected and preserved so that it will stay looking great for many, many years to come.
